By submitting questions to Dr. ICU, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and transmit your questions for the purpose of operating the Service (including sending them to the Anthropic API for response generation).
You retain ownership of your submitted content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (such as trending question topics) to improve the Service, but we will not publish your specific questions in an identifiable way.
The Dr. ICU name, logo, branding, website design, and original content are the property of Dr. ICU and its operators. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without prior written permission.
AI-generated responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual responses but may not systematically reproduce, republish, or redistribute them for commercial purposes.
